Who I am
A technology leader with 30+ years in enterprise IT, twenty of them at TD Bank. I've been the developer, the architect, the development manager, the operations lead, and the product owner for data governance - and since 2026, the Solutions Architect at FOMX.ai building with AI agents.
What I do
I automate how work gets done. At TD that meant running custom development on the Pega workflow platform - automating line-of-business processes like New Account Opening, post-closing loan document review and package scanning at enterprise scale - and then RPA and intelligent automation operations: 50+ automations, 83% fewer incidents. Today it means turning a business problem into an automated production system and running it: requirements, architecture, AI agents doing the implementation under my spec and review, and a pipeline where nothing goes live without passing the gates.
What I built
- TourneyProductionA tournament pool scored by hand for 15 years, rebuilt to score itself. 40+ real participants, March 2026.
- RunwayProof of conceptA retirement simulator that answers "am I actually safe?" on your own numbers. The AI explains results; it never computes one.
- GetSeenIntegration testingA job-search platform that finds companies, screens roles, tailors the resume and tracks every stage - never submitting on its own.
- Control TowerOperating planeThe one console that runs the other three and this site: status, one governed path to production, a permanent record of who approved what - and AIOps: a failed release is diagnosed by AI and a fix proposed for my approval.
What I did at TD Bank
- Architected NAMES, an anti-money-laundering workflow application - still in production 20+ years later. Detail →
- Ran custom application development for the BPM and ECM platforms for a decade - onshore/offshore teams, 40+ at peak migrating six applications at once, plus the budget and vendors. Detail →
- Owned ECM Operations: 9 enterprise applications at 1.3M+ documents a month; cut incidents 90%+. Detail →
- Led intelligent-automation operations: 50+ automations, 83% fewer incidents, 99% straight-through RPA. Detail →
- Ran the data-governance audit-evidence program and specified the bank's evidencing tool. Detail →
Why this portfolio is different
These are not demos. They run through the pipeline I would hold an enterprise to: separate dev, test and production environments; five automated gates; a human approval for every release; an audit trail nobody can edit. And every AI in them has a boundary I designed and can point to - what it may do, and where it must stop.
